Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday
Position Overview:
Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager shall manage activities to raise the profile of the company through development of active marketing strategies and
communication programs. The position will require determination and an ability to organize schedules to promote the range of products that we have available. r
Overall, Sales and Marketing Manager needs to have excellent technical and communication skills, helping to develop and manage a marketing strategy that supports the organizational sales while working on goals around brand awareness, traffic growth, and customer acquisition and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  2. Refine and manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, closing and transition
  3. Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
  4. Propose, negotiate, close and transition new customers within a consultative sales environment
  5. Guiding and supporting development team towards successful onboarding of new business
  6. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments in areas of interest and relevance to the business
  7. Maintain a powerful working knowledge of the direct and indirect competitors in the industry
  8. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and monitoring progress and achievements
  9. Conduct Quarterly, Monthly and weekly meetings with sales regarding pipeline status closing sales.
  10. Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
  11. Providing overall guidance to members in Sales Team


  1. Assist in developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’
    expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  2. Support Marketing Manager to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  4. To use all necessary channels to ensure staff understands their roles in replicating and
    promoting the brand such that the organization lives the brand.
  5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  6. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPI.
  7. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  8. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  9. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  10. Devise innovative growth strategies.

People Management

  1. To delegate tasks as and when appropriate to team members to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department.
  2. The development of staff through coaching, advice, and motivational techniques to help the team to maximize the potential for revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Task Related and Certifications
  1. Marketing Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. At Least 5 years of experience in sales, brand marketing, or marketing management

  1. Proven ability to develop sales, brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  2. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  3. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
